Necklaces

For as long as I can remember I have been making my own jewelry. My fascination with knot-tied necklaces began with the pandemic. Each knot is a prayer, tying on another bead, stringing together a beautiful song, in the traditional mala style. For some of my pieces I have taken liberty with tradition using larger beads and glowing silver, for a stunning, and mindful, string of prayers.

These pieces are designed and hand tied/strung by me; vintage silver is from my own collection, semi-precious gem stones are responsibly sourced, and tassels are made by me from recycled Sari silk. All supplies are purchased through real mom and pops businesses.
